About the Project:
I had the opportunity to create the following billboards during my job shadow with Shawnee Mountain. I worked alongside the current intern and social media manager to produce these graphics for their spring campaign. The goal of the campaign was to get riders on the mountain for the end of the season and generate extra revenue while there was still snow available.
Accomplishments:
Visual Design: Designed the layout and typography to maintain consistency across the billboards and larger campaign. Chose visuals that would keep the viewer engaged and phrases that would get the point across in a quick manner following the Seven Word Rule of billboards.
Brand Alignment: Ensured the billboards followed Shawnee Mountain's brand style guide regarding color, font, and iconography.
Point of Pride: My designs were used across multiple billboards along Route 33 (see images below). I was thrilled to be part of a design team and know my work is helping a local business see results.
